Prepaid/AR Balancing

Use Tools to drill down on specific alerts to find and fix issues. For instance, to address an alert that AR is out of balance, select Tools > Prepaid AR/Balancing. Here transactions posted to the homeowner ledger versus what is posted in GL are displayed. If you are using universal navigation, click Accounting > Research > Prepaid/AR Balancing.
