Management Module Overview

The Management Module gives management companies the ability to handle their corporate accounting directly in CINC Accounting. In addition, this module allows for automated billing of management fees and ancillary (addendum) fees for each of the management company’s associations.

The management company must be set up as a vendor. The vendor record contains important information such as legal name, payment method, unique remittance address, tax ID, vendor type (e.g., Mgmt Co). This vendor can be used only in conjunction with Management Module. Invoices created outside of the Management Module for the management company should not use this vendor.

NOTE:

Search first before adding a vendor. The system will not prevent entry of duplicate vendors. To search vendor list for an existing entry, select Vendors > Vendors, then type search criteria in the filter to narrow list. If you are using universal navigation, click Payables > Vendors > Vendor List.
