Configuring Vendor Insurance Expiration Notice

You can configure an email notification a specified number of days prior to and after the insurance expiring. You can also select a status to automatically move the vendor to when the notification threshold is met.

  1. Click System > Company Profile. If you are using universal navigation, click Settings > General > Company Profile.

  2. Click the Settings tab.

  3. Under Vendor Module – Insurance, configure the thresholds for when notifications are sent and how vendor status should change:

    • Send Vendor License Expiration Notice (Days Before): Enter the number of days prior to insurance expiration to send the vendor a notification. Entering 0 will disable the notification.

    • Send Vendor Insurance Expiration Notice: Click to enable or disable a notification that will send to the vendor on the day their insurance expires.

    • Vendor Insurance Expired Status: Select the status to set the vendor to on the day their insurance expires, if desired.

    • Send Vendor License Past Expiration Notice (Days After): Enter the number of days after vendor insurance expiration at which point you wish to send a second notification. Entering 0 will disable the notification.

    • Vendor License Past Expiration Status: Select which status to set the vendor to when the Past Expiration notice is sent. Note that if the Past Expiration notice is set to 0 (disabled), the vendor status cannot be changed via this setting.
