Setting My Login Preferences in the Homeowner App
From the Login Preferences screen you can set your biometrics login. You can also enable tenant access to the Homeowner App for the property.
Setting Biometrics Login
Open the Menu and tap My Profile.
On the My Profile screen, tap Login Preferences.
On the Login Preferences screen, toggle Enable Biometrics on or off as needed.
Tap Save.
Setting Tenant Login
Open the Menu and tap My Profile.
On the My Profile screen, tap Login Preferences.
On the Login Preferences screen, toggle Allow Tenants to Login on or off as needed.
Tap Save.
