Using the WebAxis Template Wizard

Templates for the look, feel, and content of your Homeowner & Board Portal are managed through the CINC Website Builder.

NOTE: It is not necessary to create a template using the wizard. WebAxis environments should come pre-loaded with at least two starting templates.

To start the six-step Template Wizard, click Launch at the bottom of the Administration homepage. The Template Wizard can also be accessed by selecting Template > Launch Template Wizard. If you are using universal navigation, click Associations > Setup > Launch Template Wizard.

Template Management

Use the following to navigate the Template Wizard:

  • Continue Later: saves the changes. You can access saved templates. See Manage Homeowner Portal Templates for more information.

  • Previous: returns to the previous step.

  • Next: advances to the next step.

  • (Numbers) 1 - 6: goes to that step.

NOTE: The majority of the pages added will be empty except for Home, About Us, and Board Overview, which have pre-created content with custom programmed widgets. Any page can be edited in Step 4 of the Template Wizard.

In Step 2, Pages determine your Homeowner & Board structure and what navigation links are available to homeowners, and how those links appear (IE as menus or sub-menus).

  1. At the top of the screen, select the checkbox options related to the logo and the template's appearance on the dashboard that are applicable.

  3. Create custom pages (see Creating Custom Pages) and/or change page visibility (see Changing Page Visibility) as needed.
