Calendars and Events
Calendar events can be created and maintained for each association.
Add Categories
NOTE: Calendar categories must be created before events can be added to the calendar. Every event must have a category.
Select Manage Content > Calendars And Events. If you are using universal navigation, click Associations > Calendar > Calendar Event Categories.
On the Calendar Events screen, select an association.
Click Add/Edit Categories to view current categories or add a new one.
On the Edit Calendar Categories screen, click New.
Enter a Category Name for the new category.
Select the Private checkbox to make available only to users who are logged in to the website.
Select the Allow Homeowner Notification checkbox to have a notification for the category sent and enter the Default Notification (Days).
Click Update.
Repeat until all desired categories have been created.
Add Events
Select Manage Content > Calendars And Events. If you are using universal navigation, click Associations > Calendar > Calendar Event Categories.
On the Calendar Events screen, select an association.
Select a Category.
Click Add New Event.
On the Create Appointment screen, enter Subject, Location, Start Time, and End Time, and a Description.
To attach an Image, click Choose Image and select the image on the Choose Calendar Image popup. The selected image appears on the Create Appointment screen. Clicking the X on the image deletes the loaded image for the calendar event. Another image can be selected and previewed by clicking Choose Image.
If this is a recurring event, select the Recurrence checkbox and fill out the information pertinent to the schedule.
Click OK.
Repeat until all desired events have been created. The new events are now displayed on the calendar
Add/Delete Calendar Images
Select Manage Content > Calendars And Events. If you are using universal navigation, click Associations > Calendar > Calendar Event Categories.
On the Calendar Events screen, select an association.
Click Add/Delete Calendar Images.
On the Calendar Images Maintenance screen, select an existing image or upload a new one (with a file type of .gif).
Click Upload Image.
