Maintain WebAxis Email Templates
You can create and customize email templates to send automatic responses in relation to specific functions within the Web Admin Portal.
To edit existing email templates:
Select System Settings > Maintain Email Templates. The Email Templates List screen is displayed. If you are using universal navigation, click Communications > Broadcast > Maintain Email Templates.
Select an Association (or all associations) and a Template to edit. Templates may be association-specific or global across all communities.
To use tags to pull specific information from CINC into the subject or body of the email, select a tag from the Tag drop-down, then click Insert Tag in Subject or Insert Tag in Body.
Enter additional text if desired, then click Save.
