Interacting with a Community Feed Post in Connect

Follow these steps to interact with a community feed post:

  1. Click the Community Feed icon.

  2. The Community Feed displays existing posts. You can like this post by clicking the Heart Using the Community Feed_5 icon. You can also comment on this post by clicking the Comments Using the Community Feed_4 icon, entering the comment, and clicking the Send icon.

  3. Click the More Using the Community Feed_7 icon to the right of the post and select:

    • Report Post: Notify management about inappropriate or concerning content. Works for posts from anyone, including homeowners and the management company.

    • Hide This Post: Remove the post from your view. Homeowner posts only.

    • Hide All Posts From This User: Stop seeing future posts from that user. Homeowner posts only.

    • Report User: Alert management about a user’s behavior. Homeowner posts only.
