Once Cephai generates your board packet, open it to review and refine the AI-generated content. Reviewing before your board sees it helps catch anything Cephai couldn't have known about, such as a recent vendor negotiation or board decision.
Follow these steps to edit AI-generated content:
In the Cephai Task Center, click the appropriate board packet task.
OR
In CINC with universal navigation, go to Cephai and select the appropriate board packet task.
Click Proceed to board packet.
Review all the board packet sections.
To edit any AI-generated content, click the section, and use the text editor.
To rename or delete a section, click the section and then click the More icon to select the appropriate option.
To change the order of items, drag the items up or down. The new order displays in the list. Click Regenerate.
Note: Clicking Regenerate reorders the agenda and executive summary to match the order of reports.
The board packet doesn't save automatically, so click Save to keep your changes.
