On the Property Details screen, tap the Open/All toggle next to the search field to view all closed work orders for that property (indicated by a Gray Work Order icon
.NOTE: Completed Work Orders must be reopened in step 2 of this procedure to be edited.
To reopen the Work Order, do one of the following:
Swipe left on the Work Order. Confirm the action if prompted.
Select the Work Order. On the Work Order Details screen, tap the Reopen Work Order icon
. Confirm the action if prompted.
On the Reopen Work Order screen, select an open Status for the work order, select the Type, enter a Note:
A Note is required when reopening a Work Order.
The Email Work Location and Email Vendor options are controlled on the Settings tab of the Company Profile page. In CINC, go to System > Company Profile > Settings tab. In CINC with universal navigation, go to Settings > General > Company Profile > Settings tab.
Tap the Save icon

Once the status has been changed to an open status, it will appear in the Work Order list as an open Work Order again (indicated by a Green Work Order icon.
