The Settings tab of the Company Profile page has been updated with new options that give management companies greater control over contact mailing address limits and statement type requirements. These settings help ensure that homeowner accounts are configured consistently and that communication preferences are properly established at the contact level.
Updates to the Settings tab of the Company Profile page include:
Number of Contact Mailing Addresses: Limits the number of mailing addresses a contact can select for their account based on the number entered. WebAxis now honors this setting.
Require One Contact to Have a Statement Type: Added toggle. When enabled, at least one contact is required to have a statement type other than None selected on the Contacts tab.
In CINC, go to Homeowner > Homeowners > Primary Homeowner Information page.

In CINC with universal navigation, go to Residents > Residents > Resident list > Primary Homeowner Information page.
Follow these steps to configure additional company profile settings for Contacts and Consent:
In CINC, go to System > Company Profile.
OR
In CINC with universal navigation, go to Settings > General > Company profile.
The Company Profile page displays. Click the Settings tab.
The Settings page displays. Select the Number of Contact Mailing Addresses. Enable the Require One Contact to Have a Statement Type toggle as needed.
Click Save.
