Contacts and Consent - Using the Commination Tab on the My Profile Page

The Communication tab on the My Profile page has been updated with several new options that give homeowners greater control over how they receive correspondence and statements. Any changes made here are immediately reflected on the corresponding contact record in CINC.

Homeowners can add a secondary email address to their contact record directly from My Profile.

  • When the Use Secondary Email For Communication toggle is enabled, system emails are sent to both the Primary and Secondary email addresses.

This setting can also be managed in CINC. Go to My Profile > Manage Email Addresses.
