Setting up ACC/ARC Members/Chairperson
Setting Drop Down Options
Select System > Drop Down Options. If you are using universal navigation, click Settings > General > Drop Down Options.
On the Maintain Drop Down Options screen, complete these steps for the following two Drop Down List:
Board / Committee Type
Board Member Type
Ensure that the appropriate entries are listed in the Description column.
If needed, click New to add a new row. Enter a Description for the newly added item and click Save.
Select Board Responsibility from the Drop Down List field.
Toggle on the appropriate ARC Chairperson. CINC recommends at least two board members are selected so there is a backup ARC Chairperson.
Click Save.
