Reviewing ACC Requests in the Homeowner App
ARC board members with the proper permissions can view and comment on ACC requests. The ACC Chairperson can also make a decision on the ACC request.
Open the Menu and tap Board ACC Review.
On the Open tab of the Board ACC Review screen, tap the ACC request you want to review. You can also view closed ACC request on the Completed tab.
To view notes for the request, tap a note on the Notes tab on the ACC Review Details screen.
To view comments about the request from the ARC committee, tap a note on the Committe tab.
To add a note to the ACC request, tap Add Note on the on the Committe tab. Enter the note text and tap Save.
To make a decision on the request, tap Add Decision on the Committe tab. (This button is visible only to the ACC Chairperson). Select a Status, enter the note text, and tap Save.
To view, download, or share attachments, tap the attachment on the Attachments tab.
