Creating an ACC Request in the Homeowner App
Homeowners can create an Architectural Control Contract (ACC) request for processing by association’s Architectural Review Committee (ARC). ACC applications can be submitted for improvements, replacements, and other changes that require ARC approval.
Open the Menu and tap ACC Request.
From the Architectural Requests screen, you can:
Submitting a New ACC Request
On Architectural Requests screen, tap Add ACC Request.
Complete the fields on the New ACC Request screen and tap Submit.
To add attachments, tap Add Attachment on the Attachments tab.
Browse to and select an attachment or image. You can also use the device's camera to add a picture.
Tap Submit.
Viewing an ACC Request
On Architectural Requests screen, tap the ACC request you want to view.
Tap a note on the Notes tab to view the note.
Tap an attachment on the Attachments tab to view, download, or share the attachment.
Editing an ACC Request
NOTE: An ACC request cannot be edited once it's closed.
On Architectural Requests screen, tap the ACC request you want to edit.
To add notes, tap Add Note on the Notes tab.
On the Add Note screen, enter the note text and tap Save.
To add attachments, tap Add Attachment on the Attachments tab.
Browse to and select an attachment or image. You can also use the device's camera to add a picture.
