Viewing and Editing ACC Requests

  1. Select CCR > New ACC Request. If you are using universal navigation, click Residents > ACC Requests > New Request.

  2. On the New ACC Request screen, search for and select the desired association.

  3. Search for and select the homeowner in the Homeowner field. The homeowner's name and address are displayed. Any open ACC requests are listed in the Pending ACC Requests section. Requests not yet sent to the association’s ARC will not have a date in the Sent to ARC column.

  4. In the Pending ACC Request section, click on a Description hyperlink to view or edit the ACC request on the Notes History screen.

  5. View or edit the following information:

    • Description: Enter a description of the ACC request. Defaults to the ACC Type selected on the New ACC Request screen.

    • Corr Type: Select the correspondence type from the dropdown. Defaults to ACC Request.

    • Status: Select the status of the ACC request.

    • ACC Type: ACC request type (e.g., Fence Request, Pool Request, Shed Request). ACC request types are configured on the System > Drop Down Options screen (see Setting up ACC Types). Defaults to the ACC Type selected on the New ACC Request screen. If you are using universal navigation, click Settings > General > Drop Down Options.

    • Attachments: To add attachments, click Manage, browse to and select the desired document(s), then click Save. Click View to view the attachment(s).

    • Note Date: Defaults to today’s date but may be changed.

    • Note Type: Select the note type (e.g., Email, Letter, Note, Phone Call).

    • Next Contact: Enter or select the date of the next contact. You can receive an alert to review the account on the date entered if the alert for Next Contact Reminder is enabled.

    • Template: Select an ACC letter template from the dropdown and click Go to load the template.

  6. Click Save to save the changes or Cancel to close the screen without saving the changes.

  7. To view/edit another homeowner’s ACC Request, use the Arrow buttons located below the homeowner's name and address on the New ACC Request screen.
