You can communicate with neighbors directly in the platform. Message availability and who you can contact may vary based on your community’s settings and permissions. When enabled, messaging helps keep communication centralized, organized, and easy to access.
Follow these steps to view and send messages:
Click the Community Feed icon.
The Community Feed displays. Click Messages.
Your existing conversations display. Click on a conversation if applicable.
To send a message, click the Compose icon.
Select who you want to message by clicking either Neighbors, Staff, or Groups.
Note: You can use the Search field in each section to quickly filter and locate the specific person or group.
Enter your message and click the Send icon.
Notes:
Click the information icon to view details about the person you’re messaging and manage options such as muting, blocking, or hiding their content.
Click the Add icon to search for and add a file to the message.
