You can communicate with neighbors directly in the app. Message availability and who you can contact may vary based on your community’s settings and permissions. When enabled, messaging helps keep communication centralized, organized, and easy to access.
Follow these steps to view and send messages in the app:
Tap the Messages icon.
The Messages window opens. Tap the Compose icon.
Select Neighbors, Staff, or Groups to choose your message recipient(s). Enter a partial name in the Search field and select the right person or group.
Enter your message and tap the Send icon.
Note: Tap the Camera icon to attach an image to the message.
