Follow these steps to log in to the CINC Connect app:
On the login page, enter your Email, Password, and then tap Sign In.
Notes:
You can tap the Remember me toggle to ensure your Email and Password are saved for the next time you log into CINC Connect.
If you need assistance logging into CINC Connect, tap Forgot username or password. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email to create a new password.
If you are logging in for the first time, read the User Terms of Service and tap Accept.
If you are a member of multiple associations, select the appropriate association.
After a successful login, you are redirected to your account dashboard where you can access all features and settings available to you.
