CINC uses single sign-on (SSO), which runs on an industry-standard identity platform that centralizes authentication across every CINC product. One set of credentials gives you access to every CINC product you use. You authenticate once and CINC recognizes you everywhere.
IMPORTANT: On your go-live day, start from your email. Open the “Activate your new CINC account” message and use the link inside it to set your new SSO password. Do not try to log in anywhere else, and do not use your legacy passwords. Legacy passwords will not work, and repeated attempts may lock you out.
Follow these steps to log in to CINC:
Check your email for the message titled “Activate your new CINC account”. Click the link to https://cephai.cincsys.com/ and set your SSO password.
Note: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder before you contact support.
The Change Your Password window displays. Enter your new password, re-enter it to confirm, and then click Reset password.
Note: Your password must be at least 8 characters and include at least 3 of these 4 character types: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (such as !, @, #, $).
The Enter Your Organization window displays. Enter your organization name and then click Continue.
The Manage your association in the cloud. Anywhere. window displays. Enter your email address and password, and then click Continue.
The first time you reset your password and log in, CINC prompts you to complete a provisioning step that activates your profile. Click Accept.
