Administrators can sign in to CINC Connect from their organization’s own web address. Once signed in, you can manage the board and resident experience for your communities.
Note: If your organization uses CINC with universal navigation, you sign in differently. Refer to the Navigating CINC Learning Guide.
Follow these steps to log in to CINC Connect Admin:
Note: Replace your domain with your actual organization’s domain.
On the login page, enter your Username, Password, and then click Sign In.
Notes:
The Password is case sensitive.
Click the eye
icon to show your password as you enter it.
After a successful login, the CINC Connect Admin displays and you can access all features and settings available to you.
