Setting Up Recurring Payments Using AutoPay in the Homeowner App
NOTE: AutoPay will automatically renew unless canceled (see Managing AutoPay in the Homeowner App).
Open the Menu and tap Payments, then tap AutoPay.
Tap Add Autopay to access the Make a Payment screen.
You can also access the Make a Payment screen from the Dashboard by tapping Make a Payment or Add AutoPay (if AutoPay is not already set up).
On the Make a Payment screen, tap the arrow next to each field or tap the field to make another selection as needed. The previous payment selections are saved by default but can be changed.
NOTE: When making a payment in which the association routes all payments through third-party systems, the Make Payment on External Site button displays that redirects to the association’s payment site when clicked.
Type: If needed, tap AutoPay.
Method: Select the payment method.
NOTE: AutoPay with a credit card is only valid for a fixed amount.
You can add another payment method to select by tapping Use new method.
On the Use New Payment Method screen, complete the fields and tap Save Payment Method.
Amount: Tap Assessment Balance, Total Balance, or enter a Fixed Amount.
NOTE: Recurring payments for the Assessment Balance, Total Balance, or Fixed Amount can be set up for bank accounts. However, AutoPay with a credit card is only valid for a Fixed Amount.
The helper text for these options might look different than the screenshot below.
Frequency: Tap a frequency option.
Date: Select the date or day of the month (for Monthly payments) for the recurring payments. The payment date must be greater than today’s date.
3. Tap Review AutoPay Setup on the Make a Payment screen.
4. Review the payment details and tap Set Up AutoPay.
5. Tap Done on the confirmation popup.
