Photo Galleries
Photo galleries may be created on a by-association basis.
To create and maintain photo galleries:
Select Manage Content > Photo Galleries, then search for and select the desired association. To create a new photo gallery, click Create Gallery. If you are using universal navigation, click Settings > Resident Portal Management > Photo Galleries.
Enter a description / title for the gallery. Check the Private? box to limit access to only registered users who are logged in to the website. Check the Use in Banner? box to use the images in the gallery as a rotating banner on the website. Click Create Gallery when finished.
Upload Images to Photo Galleries
From the Photo Galleries screen, select the gallery to which to upload photos, then click Browse to search for and select the desired picture(s). Once all applicable photos have been selected, click Upload to add them to the gallery.
NOTE: Multiple photos may be selected at a time when browsing and uploading.
Viewing, Downloading, and Deleting Photos
Photos may be deleted and/or downloaded from the Photo Galleries screen. To delete a photo, select the one to delete and click the
. To download/open photo, select the photo to view and click the
to download.
