The Architectural Requests section is where you can create, view, and track Architectural Control Committee (ACC) submissions. This area makes it easy to request approval for exterior changes and stay informed about review outcomes.
Follow these steps to view existing ACC requests and submit a new request:
Click the My Property
icon.
The My Property page displays. Click My ACC Request.
The My ACC Request page displays.
Notes:
Click the Filter icon to filter the list.
If applicable, click the Units drop-down list and select the appropriate unit to view the associated work orders.
Click the Open or Completed tiles to view those specific requests.
Click Log & Notes to view the associated note(s).
Note: Click Add Note to attach a note to this request.
Click Attachments to view the associated attachment(s).
Note: Click Add Attachments to upload a file to this request.
Click New ACC Request to submit a new request.
If applicable, the Select Unit or Account window displays. Select the appropriate unit.
The ACC form displays. Select the Request Type from the drop-down list.
Click Start Application.
Note: Progress can’t be saved mid-submission, so plan to complete the process in one sitting before you start.
Enter the Project Details.
In the Supporting Documents section, drag and drop files or click to browse and select files from your computer.
Click Check my submission.
Cephai evaluates the submission details and supporting documents against the community's guidelines and displays any issues found. If necessary, click Edit documents to update your supporting documents.
You can also click Back, update the Project Details, and click Check My Submission.
Note: Although not recommended, if you choose not to add additional details, you can click Submit without adding details > Submit Anyway > Done.
Once you are satisfied with your submission, click Submit.
The Pre-Submission Review complete window displays. Click Submit Now.
The Application submitted window displays. Click Done.
The request submission displays. The community manager (and committee, where required) make the final decision on every request.
