Once a board packet setting is created, you can configure an automatic generation schedule so the board packet is added to the task board without manual task creation.
Follow these steps to schedule automatic generation:
On the Settings page, click the board packet setting you want to auto-generate.
The configuration panel displays. Enable the Generate On Schedule toggle.
In the Automatic Generation Start Date field, click the calendar icon and select a date.
Select a Recurrence Pattern to determine how often the board packet generates.
Set the Range of Recurrence:
No end date: The board packet generates automatically until you change this setting.
End after [number] occurrence(s): The board packet generates a specific number of times.
End by [date]: Select a specific end date for automatic generation.
For Date of Meeting, select how many weekdays should pass between the automatic generation date and the board meeting. Cephai sets the board packet's meeting date based on this number.
Note: For example, if automatic generation starts on a Thursday and repeats weekly for two weeks, with the Date of Meeting set to one weekday after generation, Cephai generates a board packet every Thursday for two weeks, each with a meeting date set to the Friday that follows.
Click Save changes.
