Create a board packet setting for an HOA when it needs different reports or a different schedule than the global default. The setting works the same way as a global one, but applies only to the association you select.
Follow these steps to create a Board Packet setting for a specific HOA:
In the Cephai Task Center, click the Settings tab.
OR
In CINC with universal navigation, go to Cephai > Cephai > Settings.
The Settings page displays. Under HOA Specific Settings, click the association to expand its settings.
Click Create New Board Packet Setting.
The configuration panel displays. Enter a unique name in the Template Name field. This name displays in a drop-down list when you create a board packet task.
Click Add report.
Select the Report Category and Report Type you want to include in the board packet.
Note: All CINC reports are available to add. When you select certain reports, additional parameter options may display.
Click Save report, and repeat Steps 5 and 6 for each report you want to include.
Click Save changes.
