Remove attachments that are no longer needed or were added in error.
Follow these steps to remove an attachment from an existing action item:
In CINC, go to Portfolio > Action Items.
OR
In CINC with universal navigation, go to Tasks > Action items > Action items.
The Action Items page displays. Click the name of the action item.
The Edit Action Item page displays. Click Manage next to the All Attachments field.
The Manage Attachments window displays. Select the file to remove.
Click Remove.
A confirmation window displays. Click Yes.
The system removes the attachment from the action item.
