Before creating subledgers, configure clear subledger types to use when generating statements.
Adding Subledger Types
Follow these steps to add subledger types:
In CINC, go to System > Drop Down Options.
OR
In CINC with universal navigation, go to Settings > General > Drop down options.
The Maintain Drop Down Options page displays. Select Subledger Types in the Drop Down List.
Click New.
An empty row displays at the top of the table. Enter a Description that displays on other selection pages related to subledgers.
Click Save.
Continue adding subledger types, as necessary.
Deleting Subledger Types
Follow these steps to delete subledger types:
In CINC, go to System > Drop Down Options.
OR
In CINC with universal navigation, go to Settings > General > Drop down options.
The Maintain Drop Down Options page displays. Select Subledger Types in the Drop Down List.
Select the checkbox next to the subledger type and click Delete.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
