After you create subledgers, add assessments to them so the system distributes funds correctly.
Adding Subledger Assessments
Follow these steps to add subledger assessments:
In CINC, go to Setup > Subledgers.
OR
In CINC with universal navigation, go to Accounting > Setup > Subledgers.
The Subledgers Setup page displays. Click a subledger Description.
The Subledger Assessments page displays. Click New and then select the assessment from the drop‑down list.
Click Save.
Continue adding subledger assessments, as necessary.
Deleting Subledger Assessments
You can delete subledger assessments that are no longer necessary.
Note: You can't delete an assessment that has transactions associated with it.
Follow these steps to delete subledger assessments:
In CINC, go to Setup > Subledgers.
OR
In CINC with universal navigation, go to Accounting > Setup > Subledgers.
The Subledgers Setup page displays. Select the checkbox next to the assessment and click Delete.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
