Follow these steps to enable permissions for subledgers and subledger assessments:
In CINC, go to System > Security Permissions.
OR
In CINC with universal navigation, go to Settings > Security > Security permissions.
In the Setup section, locate the Subledger permission and enable the toggles for the appropriate permissions.
Add: When enabled, you can add new subledgers on the Subledgers Setup page.
Update: When enabled, you can make changes to existing subledgers.
Delete: When enabled, you can delete subledgers that are not flagged for security deposits. Only delete security deposit subledgers that have no financial transactions associated with them.
View: When enabled, you can access the Subledgers Setup page.
In the Setup section, locate the Subledger Assessments permission and enable the toggles for the appropriate permissions.
Add: When enabled, you can add new assessments to subledgers.
Update: When enabled, you can make changes to existing assessments on a subledger.
Delete: When enabled, you can delete assessments from subledgers.
View: When enabled, you can access the Subledger Assessments page by clicking a subledger’s description on the Subledgers Setup page.
