The Contacts and Consent enhancements introduce updates to certain reports to align with the new contact structure in CINC. These updates ensure that reports reflect the way contact records, mailing addresses, and property contacts are now organized in the system.

Homeowner mailing label reports (Homeowner Reports) have been updated to align with the new contact structure in CINC, ensuring that labels are generated for the right contacts based on their communication preferences.

Mailing label reports now generate mailing labels for each property contact whose communication preference is Mail.

During the migration to this new method, if there are two names on an additional address, those are created as individual but linked contacts in the Contacts tab.

The parameters for custom reports have updated to reflect the shift from owner-based to contact-based terminology. Several report parameters have been renamed to align with the new Property Contact 1 and Property Contact 2 labeling used throughout CINC, and new parameters have been added to support expanded mailing address reporting for Property Contact 2. One parameter has also been removed as part of this consolidation.

Note: If you previously created a Custom Homeowner Information Report, that report has not been automatically updated. Custom reports are built and saved individually by each user, so you'll need to create a new custom report (or edit your existing one) to take advantage of the updated parameters described below.

The following describes the parameter changes in the custom reports:

In CINC, go to Reports > Custom Reports.

In CINC with universal navigation, go to Reports > Generate reports > Custom reports.

Note: If more than one mailing address exists for a contact, the default mailing address or the first mailing address entered in the system is included.
