When Contacts and Consent is enabled, the following occurs when a homeowner registers:
The registration is matched to a property address. CINC links the registration to the corresponding property address on the Homeowner Information page, and that address is automatically enabled as the mailing address on the Contacts tab.
If the email address used during registration does not already exist on the contact record, CINC creates a new contact record for that property upon approval.
If the email address field is empty for Property Contact 1 or Property Contact 2 in CINC, the email entered during registration is linked to those contacts in order. The first approved registration is linked to Property Contact 1, and the second to Property Contact 2.
