Custom statements have been updated to reflect the contact-based structure now used throughout CINC, ensuring that statements are accurately addressed regardless of how many contacts are on file for a property.
Affected Statement Types
This update applies to the following statement types:
Custom paper statements generated from the Print Statements page.
Custom eStatements generated from the Email eStatements page.
How Contact Names Display
Contact names now display dynamically based on the number of property contacts associated with the property:
If a property has one contact, that contact's name displays on the statement.
If a property has two contacts, both names display on the statement.
