To get access to CINC Manager, a CINC user with the appropriate security permissions can sign into CINC and navigate to Help > CINC Manager Access. From there, new login requests and all prior login requests previously approved are shown.
Select the checkbox next to the login request to approve and click Approve. The status of the request will then be updated with the approver’s name and when it was approved.
NOTE: Approvals are handled on a per-user basis. If a user attempts to log in to multiple devices with the same account, they will be required to go through the approval process only once with the first device. A user who was denied access can resubmit their request upon their next sign-in attempt.
