HOA Mailers Overview
HOA Mailers works in conjunction with CINC Accounting to easily print and mail customized statements to homeowners from the Homeowners > Print Statements screen. If you are using universal navigation, click Accounting > Billing & Statements > Print Statements.
You can also generate HOA Mailers for the following correspondence types:
Collections from the Setup > Collections Setup screen. If you are using universal navigation, click Accounting > Setup > Collection Setup.
Violations from the CCR > New Violations screen or the CCR > Quick Violation Escalation screen. If you are using universal navigation, click Residents > Violations > New Violations. If you are using universal navigation, click Residents > Violations > Quick Escalation.
Quick Correspondences from the Tools > Quick Correspondence screen. If you are using universal navigation, click Associations > Correspondence Tasks > Quick Correspondence.
