    • Show Aging Table: When enabled, the Aging Table will appear on statements showing:

      • Over 30 Days

      • Over 60 Days

      • Over 90 Days

      • Total Amount Due

    • Show Quick Pay Link: When enabled, your quick pay link will appear on statements. Quick pay is tied to the Enable Quick Pay setting on the System Settings > Miscellaneous Parameters screen in the WebAxis Admin Portal. If you are using universal navigation, click Settings > Resident Portal Management > Miscellaneous Global Settings.

    • Show Association Phone Number: When enabled, the association’s phone number will appear on statements.

    • Show Association Email: When enabled, displays the association's email on statements.

    • Show Association Website: When enabled, displays the association website on statements.

NOTE: Customers using custom statements (not global) will not see the association's email and website on their statements even if Show Association Email and Show Association Website are enabled. To take advantage of these settings, custom statement users can contact their Account Manager to migrate to global statement templates.

  4. Click Save when done.
