You can use Quick Correspondence to create a one-off correspondence letters on an as-needed basis.

  1. Select Tools > Quick Correspondence. If you are using universal navigation, click Associations > Correspondence Tasks > Quick Correspondence.

  2. On the Quick Correspondence screen, search for and select the association.

  3. Search for and select the homeowner.

  4. Select the correspondence Template.

  5. Select the Status. This determines what Status is used on the Correspondence tab of the Homeowners > Homeowners / Primary Homeowner Information screen. The Status might differ depending on the type of correspondence being sent. If you are using universal navigation, click Residents > Residents > Resident List.

  6. If needed, edit the template or add additional merge tags for the correspondence.

  7. Click Post to generate the correspondence.

    • If the selected template uses a paper source with Email configured, the quick correspondence will appear on the Homeowners > Email Correspondence screen. If you are using universal navigation, click Associations > Correspondence Tasks > Email Correspondance.

    • The quick correspondence appears on the Correspondence tab of the Homeowners > Homeowners / Primary Homeowner Information screen. If you are using universal navigation, click Residents > Residents > Resident List.

    • The quick correspondence letters are generated as a report in the left side navigation menu.
