Sending Email Correspondence Jobs
Certain actions in CINC result in the creation of an Email Correspondence Job, which is a group of similar correspondences that you can send to homeowners in mass from the Email Correspondence screen (like Collection Letters or Violation Letters).
Note: Email correspondence only appear on this screen when the Correspondence Template is configured with a Paper Source that includes email. In addition, this screen is used in several work flows and correspondence jobs will only be created upon completion of those work flows:

Sending Email Correspondence Jobs
Select Homeowners > Email Correspondence. If you are using universal navigation, click Associations > Correspondence Tasks > Email Correspondance.
Select the following filters and click the Refresh button:
Email Correspondence Jobs: Select a job. Each job in the dropdown is named with the date, association, number of correspondences, and correspondence type so you can identify the proper job.
Status: Select Unsent. You have the option to filter by All, Deleted, Sent, and Unsent. Sent and Deleted email correspondence are view only and cannot be resent.
Email Address Status: You can filter between All correspondences, correspondences associated with a Missing / Invalid email address, or correspondences associated with a Valid email address. You can filter the invalid email addresses prior to sending correspondences to see which homeowner email addresses should be corrected prior to sending if needed.
Once filtered, select the checkbox next to the correspondence you wish to send.
Click Email, the correspondence will generate according to the assigned templates.
The subject and body of the email will be tied to the correspondence type's email template from the Tools > Email Template screen. If you are using universal navigation, click Associations > Correspondence Tasks > Email Templates.
If attached letter / correspondence will adhere to the correspondence type's template from the Tools > Correspondence Template. If you are using universal navigation, click Associations > Correspondence Tasks > Correspondence Template.
