Before you can use HOA Mailers with CINC, complete the following integration steps:

Establish Your HOA Mailers Account: Contact HOA Mailers to onboard as a client and obtain your unique API key. You'll need this key to connect the two systems.

Submit Your Activation Request: Once you have your API key, open a support case with the CINC Support Team by selecting Help &gt; Support in CINC. If you are using universal navigation, click Help &gt; Help &gt; Support Assist. Include the following in your request:

- A request to activate the HOA Mailers’ integration.
- Your HOA Mailers API key.

CINC Completes Activation: After receiving your request, the CINC team will configure and enable integration on your account. You'll be notified when the setup is complete and ready to use.
