Sections

The purpose of Sections is to charge fees based on property type, property size, or optional fees such as parking, boat slips, etc. For example, split out Townhome, Condominium, Single Family or 1-Bedroom, 2-Bedroom, etc.

Homeowners may be assigned to multiple sections. For example, a 1-bedroom homeowner may also be assigned to the parking section. If more than 10 sections are needed for the same assessment type, CINC recommends using ratio billing (see Assigning Ratios).
