Managing Field Security Permissions
The Field Security screen is used to control which fields are editable for the selected security group for that selected application area.
Select System > Field Security. If you are using universal navigation, click Settings > Security > Field Security.
On the Field Security screen, select the Security Group and the Area. The fields for the selected Area appear individually.
Select the Grant checkbox next to each field you want the Security Group to be able to edit.
Click Save.
