Setting up Fining Policy Templates (Optional)
If a fining policy is global across all associations, you can create global Fining Policy templates. Otherwise, create Fining Policy templates for each association.
Select Tools > Correspondence Template. If you are using universal navigation, click Associations > Correspondence Tasks > Correspondence Templates.
Search for and select the desired association or all associations.
Select Fining Policy Template from the Template Type dropdown.
Click New.
On the Edit Correspondence Template screen, complete the following information:
Association: Defaults to All Associations. Search for and select the desired association or all associations.
Template Name: Name for the template that includes a specific name describing the fining policy.
Enter the fining policy text in the Template section.
Click Save.
