The Board Violation Review section enables board members to review reported community violations. Here, they can assess details, determine next steps, and help ensure fair enforcement of community rules.
Follow these steps to view the community violations:
Click the Boardroom
icon.The Boardroom page displays. Click Board Violation Review.
The Board Violation Review page displays a list of all violations.
Notes:
Click the Filter
icon to filter the list.In the Search field, enter a Name, Address, or Account Number to automatically filter the list.
Click the Open or Closed tiles to view those specific violations.
Click the homeowner to view the homeowner’s details.
Click Violation Items to view the violation details.
Click Log & Notes to view the associated note(s).
Note: Click Add Note to attach a note to this violation.
Click Attachments to view the associated attachment(s).
