The Board Work Order Review section gives board members insight into maintenance and repair requests. It helps track progress, review costs, and confirm that community needs are addressed efficiently.
Follow these steps to view the maintenance requests:
Click the Boardroom
icon.The Boardroom page displays. Click Board Work Order Requests.
The Board Work Order Review page displays a list of all work orders, including In Progress and Completed.
Notes:
Click the Filter
icon to filter the list.In the Search field, enter a Work Order Number to automatically filter the list.
Click the In Progress or Completed tiles to view those specific items.
Click Log & Notes to view the associated note(s).
Note: Click Add Note to attach a note to this work order.
Click Attachments to view the associated attachment(s).
