Viewing Accounts Receivable

Board members with the proper permissions can view accounts receivable information for homeowners. This allows board members to see, in detail, the charges, payments, collection status, number of violations, number of work orders, and balances for homeowners.

NOTE: Menu path and screens may vary depending on page layout and template design.

  1. Select Board Portal / Accounts Receivable.

  2. If needed, use the filters to refine the results and click Refresh Display.

  3. To view the Violations for a homeowner, click the number of violations hyperlink in the V column on the Accounts Receivable screen.

  4. Click the Description hyperlink for that violation to open the Violation Details popup. Violation Attachments can be downloaded by clicking Download file.

  5. To view the Work Orders for a homeowner, click the number of work orders hyperlink in the WO column on the Accounts Receivable screen.

  6. To view the Collection Activity for a homeowner, click the hyperlink in the Collection/Hold/Resume column on the Accounts Receivable screen.

  7. To view the Account Ledger for a homeowner, click the hyperlink in the Balance/Last Pay column on the Accounts Receivable screen.
