Viewing Accounts Receivable in the Homeowner App
Board members with the proper permissions can view accounts receivable information for homeowners. This allows board members to see, in detail, the charges, payments, collection status, number of violations, number of work orders, and balances for homeowners.
Open the Menu and tap Accounts Receivable.
On the Accounts Receivable List screen, if needed, tap the Filter icon in the upper right corner to filter the list. Select the filters and tap Apply.
You can also search for an item by Name, Address, or Account.
Tap More to view details of the accounts receivable information for the homeowner.
To view violations for the homeowner, tap the number link next to the Violations field.
To view work orders for the homeowner, tap the number link next to the Work Orders field.
To view collection activity for the homeowner, tap the link next to the Collection/Hold/Resume field.
To view the account ledger for the homeowner, tap the amount or date link next to the Balance/Last Pay field.
