Viewing the Homeowner List in the Homeowner App
Board members with the proper permissions can view a list of homeowners in the association. The list includes all homeowners regardless of their directory opt out preference.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Unauthorized distribution of homeowner information could be a violation of state/local laws or regulations.
Open the Menu and tap Homeowner List.
On the Homeowner List screen, if needed, tap the Sort by field to select another sorting option.
You can tap the Sort Order icon to sort the list by ascending or descending order.
You can also search for a homeowner record.
Tap More to view details of the homeowner record.
