Viewing the Homeowner List

Board members with the proper permissions can view a list of homeowners in the association by selecting Board Portal / Homeowner List. The list includes all homeowners regardless of their directory opt out preference.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Unauthorized distribution of homeowner information could be a violation of state/local laws or regulations.

Display of the Email and Phone information is controlled by a setting on the System Settings > Miscellaneous Parameter / General Parameters screen in the WebAxis Admin Portal. If you are using universal navigation, click Settings > Resident Portal Management > Miscellaneous Global Settings.
