Registering in the Homeowner & Board App
Homeowners can use the Homeowner & Board App instead of the browser-based Homeowner & Board Portal to manage payments, submit ACC requests, reserve amenities, and stay up to date on the latest neighborhood news.
Download the app using one of the following methods:
Tap Use App on the Homeowner & Board Portal message.
Tap the Apple App Store button (when viewing from iOS devices) or the Google Play Store button (when viewing from Android devices) in the footer of the Homeowner & Board Portal.
Scan the QR code if accessing Homeowner & Board Portal from a desktop or laptop computer.
Tap Register on the app’s Login screen.
Complete the information on the Registration screen.
NOTE: WebAxis admin users can make the Account Number a mandatory field on the Registration Options tab of the System Settings > Miscellaneous Parameters screen in the Admin Portal. This number is the account number assigned to the homeowner in CINC Accounting. If you are using universal navigation, click Settings > Resident Portal Management > Miscellaneous Global Settings.
Click Submit at the bottom of the screen.
