Open the Menu and tap My Violations.

On the My Violations screen, tap the violation you want to view.

On the Notes tab of the violation screen, tap on a note to view additional details.

To add notes, tap Add Note on the Notes tab of the violation screen.

On the Add Note screen, enter the note text and tap Save.

To view existing attachments on the violation, tap the Attachments tab of the violation screen.

Tap the attachment to view it on the Attachment screen. You can also Download and Share the attachment.

To add attachments, tap Add Attachment on the Attachments tab of the violation screen.

Browse to and select an attachment or image. You can also use the device's camera to add a picture.
